WANGANUI BURGLARIES
THREE MEN ADMIT GUILT (Per Press Association.) WANGANUI, this day. The preliminary hearing of a number of burglary charges in Wanganui extending back to January and December last took place to-day. Herbert Vivian Walkington Buttrey and Victor Robert Ward, laborers, pleaded guilty to several charges, and were committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Thomas Butler, farmer, admitted two charges and also was committed for sentence. Ward and Butler were allowed bail.
