(To the Editor of the Herald.) “Travelling Ratepayer,” writing from Rakauroa, urges councillors to take n trip round their rulings after a day s ram, and then they will sec what settleis and the travelling public are up against. “My business,” he writes, “takes me out at all seasons of the year and I am often stuck in or can’t get out to most of the outlying places.” He urges councillors to get busy and see if they cannot improve matters.
