SUBMARINE DISASTER MOSCOW, Oct. 2(3. The Tass Agency declares that the submarine which was rammed by -a German steamer was only slightly damaged, «nd returned to Kronstadt under its own power.
Earlier reports stated that the submarine sank with the loss of 50 lives After tho disaster the German vessel’s S.O.S. was indistinct owing to interference, supposedly due to a Soviet station seeking to prevent the broadcasting of the disaster.
