KISSING OF BABIES
A DOCTOR’S CONDEMNATION
SYDNEY, Oct ; l3.'. After an address to the Mothers’ Club Federation to-night, - Dr. S. Morris, in reply to a question, said that from a purely medical standpoint babies should not be kissed, but-the forbidding of it by medical men would not prevent the practice. "Babies should, however, be protected against indiscriminate kissing. Girls should be educated in mothcrcraft, and a compulsory certificate of health should bo issued before every marriage.
