AQUITANIA’S RECORD
A RAPID DISPATCH ONLY 15 HOURS IN PORT (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Oct. 23. The Cunnrd liner Aquitnnia yesterday created a record for a quick turnround on the Atlantic service by sailing for New York 15 hours after arriving at Southampton. During that time tho Aquitania landed passengers and discharged cargo and mails, with bars of silver and kegs of gold. The ship was then cleaned and rcprovisioned, GOO passengers embarked, loaded witli cargo and 2500 bags of mail, and equipped with 800 tons of oil fuel and 750,000 gallons of water, while 055 bars of silver were placed in the strongroom.
