SPEED CHAMPIONSHIPS (British Official Wireless.) Rec. noon. RUGRY, June 18. The motor cycle speed championship of the world will be contested to-morrow in the Isle of Man, and the world s best riders-from Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, and elsewhere are challenging Britain s supremacy. In this senior race the winners of the two Tourist Trophy races already held will participate, and it is expected that a lap speed of about 80 miles an hour, involving a mountain descent at 110 miles an hour, will bo reached.
