SOLDIERS’ PENSIONS
EFFECT OF REDUCTIONS (Per Press Asaomtfon.) WELLINGTON, this day. vVhile the 10 per cent, cut is to he applied to returned soldiers’ economic pensions, it is stated on the authority of the Commissioner of Pensions that the maximum reduction cannot exceed 3s per week as it only applies to a soldier’s economic pension, and does not touch the economic pension of his wife and children.
