WOMAN BANDIT LEADER
FORCE DEFEATED IN BATTLE MIANCIIAI. March 13. Three thousand Chinese bandits led by a sister of General Ifo Ljllg, notorious Communist, were defeated to-day in a fierce battle with Government troops. The woman commander had started with her forces to attack the town of l.nehih. Crossing the 11 upeh-Homm border, she was met by Nationalist soldiers or the 43th division, under General Hsu Yuan-Chan.
