ALLEGED THEFT
FOOTBALL GLUE’S FUNDS (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. In tin- Magistrate’s Court to-day, Alfred Gillespie, 25, a contractor, was charged on two counts that on April 28, at Morrinsville, while acting as treasurer for the Terriers Football .Club, lici received sums of £ll 15s and £4 2s belonging to the dub and fraudulently omitted to account for same. The accused was remanded to appear at Morrinsville on April 11. Bail was allowed.
