AFRICAN NAVAL STATIONS
JOHANNESBURG, Feb. 20. The Johannesburg Sunday Times states that an additional naval station, intended principally for submarines, destroyers, and similar light craft, is planned by the British Admiralty at Walvis Bay. The newspaper also states tint the naval authorities contempalto a further expenditure of £500,000, partly for new equipment, and partly for the modernisation of the naval station at Sinjonstawo.
