THE WAIAPU MEETING SIMEON WINS FLYING (Special to the Herald.) RUATOBIA, this day. Tho annual meeting of the Waiapu Racing Club was held to-day in bright sunshine. The attendance was a little smaller than last, year, but satisfactory, there being a fairly large contingent from Gisborne, while other townships were well represented. The track was dry and hard.

Won by three-quarters of a length, and a head. Time, 1.14 2.5. Simeon won all the way, Charmaline displacing Kimbo for second place in the last few strides.
