PERUVIAN REVOLT
PRINCES CAUSE DELAY VALPARAISO, Feb. 24. Travellers, on reaching Valparaiso from Peru, declared that the revolt in that country was ready to start at the time the Prince of Wales visited it, but it was held off till the British party left. , The southern rebels who seized Arequipn last week have formed their own Government under the name of the .Southern Junta. The troops at Cuzco have joined the rebels.
