When a claim for the* possession of premises in which the. Gisborne Picture Palace, Ltd. v. David William Coleman and the Poverty Ray Labor Representation Committee was in the Supreme Court to-day, Mr. .lustice MacGregor was informed that the case had been settled. A petition for a dissolution of marriage was made before Mr. Justice MacGregor in the Supreme Court to-day by John George Aubrey Hughes (Mr. R. B. Hill) against Norma Isobet Hughes (Mr. I, T. Burinml). Mr. Burnard explained tliat he was merely appearing In the case, and not opposing the petition. The petitioner, in evidence, said ho was married to respondent on August 10, 1925. There was one child, but he was not asking for custody. In December, 1925, the parties were separated under a verbal agreement, which had been in full force for not less than three years. They had not lived together since Do-' comber, 1925, The child was with the respondent. John S. Wauchop, solicitor, gave evidence that the petitioner had agreed to pay the respondent £2 a week for the maintenance of herself and the child. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absqlute in three months.
