LABOR REPRISALS
VOLUNTEERS SACKED MINISTER THREATENED SYDNEY Dec. 30. Mr. Dnvidson, State Minister for Public Works, has been successful in his quest to locate those men in Goveriunent employment who formerly worked as volunteers in the Rothbury colliery and has sacked the whole lot, numbering 110. He points out that the Government will not tolerate men of that type oh Government jobs. Mr. Davidson has since received a letter from one of the dismissed men threatening to riddle him with bullets. •• ■' ‘ . * 2- i'
