AUSTRALIANS ABROAD LONDON, Dec. 19. “I have enough money to remain here, but I feel it .would he extravagance, so I am going back to Australia immediately,” said an Australian woman, when she called at her Australian bank.
Tilts appears to reflect the attitude of many Australians who, animated by the spirit of the Australian response to the diversion loan, have decided to return home.
A press representative inquired whether many prefer to remain in England, living on restricted allowances irom Australia. Several had decided to returty including some who had lived in England for years. A number of others are tied down here in embarrassed *ircgmatances.
