WINTER RELIEF CAMPAIGN NEW YORK, Nov. 11. The dormitories and basements of all station houses in the crowded parts of New York, have been turned into storehouses, and large, stocks of food and men’s, women’s, and children s clothing are being piled up there in preparation for the distribution to the needy that begins to-morrow. Ten thousand packages of food, each containing provisions for four persons for a week, will be distributed every Friday throughout the winter, and an effort will be made fo provide all destitute persons with proper clothing.
