LANCASHIRE DISPLAY PUBLICITY EFFORT LONDON, Nov. 15. The British Cotton Textile Exhibition, which is to be held at White City from February 10 to &S, will be the largest and most comprehensive display of cotton fabrics vet organised, Bight largo halls, covering 120,000 square feet, will lie filled with Lancashire products and a pageant of modern dress is planned for frequent intervals in a specially designed fashion theatre.
