FAMOUS VIOLINIST

TO CROSS PACIFIC IN YACHT LONDON, Dec. 12. Aboard his own- private yacht, the Slavonic violinist Zlatko Balokovic will make the journey across the Pacific to begin his concert tour of Australia and New Zealand next June. The yacht is the Northern Light, 350 tons, with auxiliary diesel engines and spreading 6000 ft of canvas. The Northern Light will leave San Francisco early next April and take 50 to 60 days on the voyage. Captain Paul, formerly of the Onion S.S. 00., who sailed the Shamrock V. in the last race for the America Cup, will navigate her. Balokovic and his wife are keen sailors.
