Barry Penney, of 90 Nile street east, Nelson, while riding pillion on a motor cycle driven by Pat Gibbons, of Nelson, sustained extensive injuries in a collision 1 with a wagon loaded with drums of benzine. The drums swung off the wagon and bombarded the unfortunate cyclist.
