CAUGHT IN THE ACT
A YOUTHFUL BURGLAR (P*r Press Association.) EKETA HITNA, this day. The premises of tin' W.F.O.A. were broken into this morning. A light was seen by Mr. A. Leslie when on his way to tlie telephone exchange at 2 o’clock. lie rang the police and the local manager of the firm. A Weraroa boy who had been licensed out in the district was apprehended. He had secured four sacks of miscellaneous goods ot’ a value of £2!) 17s. The boy was returned to Weraroa to-day and will .appear in the Juvenile Court at Levin. Entrance was gained by cutting a panel out of a back door.
