DOGS ELECTROCUTED
RERIIY (N.S.W.), Oct. 26._ .Mr. W. Sul way, of the Commercial Hotel, Berry, lost two valuable beagle flogs through a strange series of contacts with electric lighting wires. A clothes line iii the hotel yards was raised until it came in contact with the electric wires, and a loose, wire hanging from the clothes pole was carried by the wind on to a wire where the tltlgS were fastened. As the pole was wet from rain the current travelled through it and through the wire to the dogs, which were killed, their necks being badly burnt.
