TARIFF REDUCTIONS

THE GENEVA CONVENTION (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Nov. 4. Questioned regarding the operations of the tariff truce, the president of the Board of Trade, Air. W. Graham, informed the House of Commons that the commercial convention concluded at Geneva last Alarch so far had been ratified by eight countries —the United Kingdom, Belgium, Denmark.
