N.S.W. RAILWAYMEN ARBITRATION COURT AWARDS (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received Nov. <i, noon.) SYDNEY, Nov. (5. Tt is announced on behalf of the ■Premier, Mr. Lang, that the State Ministry has decided to instruct the New South Wales Railway Commissioners to withdraw from any legal action in the direction of having the Federal railway awards set aside. The Full Court of the Arbitration Court recently granted the application of the Railway Commissioners of the four States for the sotting aside of the awards of various railway unions. Advice has been received that the Labor Government of South Australia lias reduced the wages of .'IOOO railwayman in accordance with the decision of the I'Yileral Arbitral ion Court to sei aside awards.
