Radio Repairs
AS the outcome of difficulties which listeners experience aiid the need for an efficient service when in trouble with their sets, a scheme for the maintenance of wireless sets was started throughout England on August 30 by the Radio Association.
Members of the association who wish to benefit, by the scheme- have to register with the radio dealer appointed in their district as the association’s representative.
Having registered, each member is supplied with four printed post cards available for the ensuing year. On receipt of ono of the post cards an expert from tho local representative calls at tho house and makes all necessary adjustments free of charge. Replacements must bo paid for at the usual rates and, if the expert is desired, to make visits over and above the regulation four, a charge of 2s 6d each visit will bo made. Tho first four, however, are free. ' .
