SjBQUEL TO ACCIDENT (For Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A ease is proceeding in the Supreme Court in which Ernest Drew is claiming £274 6s fid special and £2500 general damages, arising out of a collision between the plaintiff’s motor cycle and a car driven by the defendant, Godfrey Gower Clapeott, an insurance inspector, of Mastcrton, near Kaiwarra, on December 24. Both parties claim that the accident was due to the carelessness of the other.
