GUILDHALL CEREMONY DIPLOMATS’ POOR SEATS (Received November 5,2 p.nn) LONDON, Nov. 4. The ceremony of granting freedom of the City to the Dominions’ Ministers left a feeling of resentment among some Australian Agcnts-Oeneral, all of whom, except Sir John Puller, were accommodated in the body of the Guildhall, while lie and the Canadian Agent-Gen-eral and Australia House officials were (seated on u dais. Sir Granville Ryrie disclaims responsibility. He said: ‘T was asked to submit. eight names. It was not in my province to arrange the Agonts-Genernls’ invitations. Any quarrel in this connection must be between them and the corporation.”
