MUNGANA SCANDAL
NO HEARING THIS YEAR BRISBANE, Nov. 4. Messrs. Edward Theodore and William MeCormnoh have filed appearances in the suit wherein the Queensland Government is suing them for damages arising out of the sale of the Mungana mines. The action is not likely to be heard before February.
