CEREMONY AT WINDSOR (British Official Wireless.) Rec. noon. RUGBY, Nov. 4. the King and Queen, I lie Prince oi Wales, the Duke of York, Prince George, and Prince Arthur of Connaught were present at the thanksgiving service to -ommemorate the re-opening of St. George's (’lmpel, Windsor, which has been restored to its original splendour. Edward HI, nearly 600 years ago. gave the chapel to the Knights of the laricr. Many members of the order cere present to-day, and almost all the royal families in the world were present n person or represented.
