SAN PR AN CISCO, April 14. A fall of tin inch of rain within an hour to-day flooded streets to a depth of four feet. Motor cars wore swamped', flf'hilo the sudden rush of water into the various tunnels under the streets blew off manhole covers, some of which smashed shop windows.
