At tlie civic*reception in Dunedin to Their Excellencies Lord and Lady Bledisloe, when Jlor Excellency had taken her Seat she was approached by a little lady clad in Welsh costume, who, on behalf of the Cambrian Society of Otago, presented her with h beautiful bouquet of dahlias. Thu child's reward was a kiss from Heir Excellency, says the Otago Times. The Mayoress, Mrs It. S. Black, made ‘it similar presentation on behalf of the women of Dunedin, the bouquet consisting of roses and carnations.
