DECREASE IN WELLINGTON (Per Press Association.) - WELLINGTON, this day. The levy made by the Wellington Hospital Board for the current financial year is £77,503, a decrease of £1973 on the past year. Owing to an increase of nearly £13.C00.0C0 in the capital rateable value of Wellington city, the levy on the Citv Corporation is hllVl higher than for last year, so that other local authorities benefit, each having n decreased call. _____
