HAWKING OF FRUIT (Pi;r Press Association.) KIvATAIII NA. Ibis day. Al Iho Magistrate's Court this morning. Car-inn Fe.ilding was charged with hawking IVuit in the borough, contrary to a by-law prohibiting the same. The case collapsed, the magistrate re marking that the Borough Council had no authority to make such a by-law. Costs were given against the council.
