ASSAULT ON SOLICITOR

A SUMMONS RESENTED (IVr Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. As Mr. Augustus James WestWalker, a partner in the legal firm of Messrs. Egley and West-Walker, wa.s walking home from church in Karori on the morning of Sunday week, ho was attacked by Vincent Henry Kama, :i refrigerating engineer, who apparently had a grudge against the solicitor because of his actions regarding a debt incurred by Kama to a grocery linn.
