£42 FOR ADDRESSES LONDON, Feb. 16. Another scene in the drama of Clarence llatry’s meteoric career as a financier was enacted in the dingy setting of an auction-room in the Barbican,. E.U., yesterday, when the second portion of the office equipment- of Austin I l iars T, 11st, Ltd., and Secretarial Services, Ltd., was sold. The property included tho furniture from Hatry’s private office, which eftst thousands of pounds H was sold lor £SOO out of a. total of £BOO. llatry’s beautiful Persian rug went lor only £2l. An antique mirror was knocked down for £4. . , „ The first lot in the Secretarial vices section was described as an “oak cabinet containing about 12,000 addresses of people interested in corporation seenn*’The auctioneer, Mr. Frank G. Bowen, said that this and a similar cabinet formed perhaps the most valuable lot. “It is a very valuable coßeetioii of addresses,” he said. “It cost me £IOOO to get my collection of useful business addresses, and I have not a tithe of Mr. riatrv’s collection.” , The two cabinets fetched £42, and three others containing about SCOO ad--dresses sold for only £B-
