MAURETANIA AGAIN
REJOICINGS AT NEW RECORD HAVANA, Cuba, Foil. 28. All Havana, with bands, aeroplanes and warships, welcomed the Gummier Mauretania, when it arrived from Now York. It was the lirst of the hit; Atlantic liners to use the newly deepened harbor and enlarged docks. Each man of the 500 passengers received a box of cigars and a bottle o! liqueur, and each woman some flowers. The Cuban Navy entertains the officers to-night. The Mauretania broke the record for the run field by the United States liner President Roosevelt by more than 13 hours. The Mauretania's time was 48hr. 6m in.
