Kansas alone of, the 44 States reporting remains “dry” by a majority. COST OF ENFORCEMENT £7,200,000 APPROPRIATION (Received April 11, noon.) Washington, April 10. Without a word of debate, the Senate approved a- £7,200,000 direct appropriation for prohibition enforcement next year. It is the same figure which the House set.
