It was suggested that, with the remission of future liabilities with regard to rent, it would enable the men to make a number of necessary improvements, and in support of the application six of the men waited on the board The matter was viewed in sympathetic light, but consideration yKif the project was adjourned pending an inspection of the properties b.v hoard members.
