ANOTHER HITCH OCCURS (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, I his day. A hitch has occurred in the mission of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association delegates, Messrs. 1,. A. Tracey, If. Austnd, and T. tiny, to the Manuknu Cvclirig Club, with a view to having the club accept, a revised system of control of cvcling. The. club will no! meet tin* delegates except as a deputation, and then only >n condition that the meeting is open to the press.
