LABORITE’S RESIGNATION (British Official Wireless.) Bee. 10 a.m. RUGBY. April 9. A very interesting by-elention will take place shortly in West Fulham, one if the London constituencies. Dr. U. i'k W ero, a Laborite, won the seat at tlie last general election from a Conservative who had held it for many veers. Ho is now resigning owing to ill-health. A new Labor candidate is forthcoming in Mr. Banlield, a member of the local borough council, who is very popular amongst the working class of !he constituency.
