CANADIAN OPPOSITION VANCOUVER, April 8 A Fredericktun, New Brunswick, message states that a resolution that New Zealand butler be subjected to increased duty in order to stimulate the industry in New Brunswick and other sections of Canada was adopted to-day by the Agriculture Committee of tho Provincial Legislature.
