LONDON ARRANGEMENTS LONDON, April 9. The Anzap Day arrangements for April 25 indicate a more elaborate cereinonin l .specially eommemorat ing Gallipoli. A joint Australian and New Zealand service at St. Clement Danes in flu 1 morning xvill lie followed by a ceremony at the Cenotaph, General Kyiie and Mr. M'ilford laying wreaths on the east side on Delta It’ of the Australian ami New Zealand forces, while other llorai tributes will he placed simultaneously on the other sides by representatives of the French and British armies, the 29th division and ex-servicemen throughout the Empire, also the Royal Navy and the Royal Naval Division. Hymns and other appropriate music xvill bo played on the Wellington memorial carillon in Hyde .Park in the afternoon.
