SCHOOL LOVE
RED PUPILS MAY WED LONDON, March 30. Tho Soviet Commissary of Education has circularised the secondary schools, permitting boys and girls who marry to continue to attend school, says the Riga correspondent of the Exchange Telegraph Co. It orders the teachers not to meddle with the pupils’ love affairs. The offspring of such marriages will be eared for by tho State, the juvenile parents forfeiting parent rights until their schooling is finished.
