GOVERNOR’S INTEREST VISIT TO ADDINGTON (Special to the Herald.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Regardless of his spats and the rest of his immaculate attire, Lord Bledisloe scorned the dirt and mess of the pig pens when he paid a visit,to Addington yards yesterday. Hisf Excellency, accompanied by Lady Bledisloe, two aides-de-camp, and the Mayor of Christ church, made a tour of inspection of the vards. His Excellency displayed a keen' interest in the pigs.
