S. AUSTRALIAN ELECTIONS THREE MINISTERS DEFEATED (Received April 9, noon.) ■ ADELAIDE, April 9. A scrutiny of the votes cast hit the elections is proceeding slowly, but; it is apparent that. the. Labor majority,is increasing. The leader, Mr. 'Hill, seems assured of at least 30 members. It is not yet known whether Hie ex-Premier, Mr. Butler, can retain..his seat, but three of his Ministers were-defeated.
