BULLET NEAR HEART
ACCIDENT WITH RIPLE (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHUECH, this day.. Lance Turner, I'6, was cleaning a small rifle last evening, when it fired. The bullet entered bis chest a few inches above the heart. Turner was immediately taken to hospital. When admitted, it was found that he was not gravely injured, the bullet being a very small one. His condition last night was satisfactory.
