1500 MEN THROWN IDLE (Tteceived April 9, 3 p.m.) SIDNEY, April 9. A blast furnace at the Australian Iron and Steel Co.'s works at Wollongong Ties closed, and 1500 men, the whole ot tho employees of the works, are thrown idle.
