THE MARKET FOR WOOL SYDNEY, April 7. At a conference of the Graziers Association of New South Wales, Mr. E* H. Tout, in his presidential speech declared that new uses for wool must be ■muul, such as the creation of finer, lighter and brighter fabrics, which could compete stwyessfully with substitutes. Wool had rested too long on its .aurels.
