MILLIONAIRE AVIATOR TOKIO, April 7. Mr. Van Lear Black, the well-known aviator, left Osaka at 10 o clock anc arrived at Tachikawa aerodrome at Tokio at noon. The last stage ,of his .tight was uneventful.
