LONDON WOOL SALES
RATES MAINTAINED (Received April 8/ noon.) LONDON, April 7. At the wool sales, 61-10 bales were offered, including 3101) of New Zeamnd, and approximately 5230 bales were sold. There was a small offering of greasy merinos, principally Conliuental .style, and a good offering of greasy crossbreds. There was . a steady demand and a good clearance .it full late rates.
New Zealand sales: Greasy crossbreds, KRA, H>:;d highest, 10Jd average; Topura, J3u and 12|d; Bare, 12u and llUd; half bred, Moeraki, 13d ana 12 >il. At Bradford, the improvement was maintained, but business was small.
