SWISS LIQUOR POLL
STATE MONOPOLY FAVORED GENEVA, April 7. The referendum resulted in 487,340 voting in favor of State monopoly in the manufacture of alcohol and 314,316 against. Tlio law enables the Swiss Government to limit the sale of liquor in rural districts, where strong opposition is expected.
